Automatic Payments & Billing

• Membership fees are automatically charged on the recurring date of setup each month.

• Accounts not in good standing, including those with failed payments, will be ineligible to rejoin for 12 months.

Membership Duration & Renewal

• Memberships are for a six-month term and will automatically cancel for another 6 months unless renewed by the client.

Membership Holds & Fees

• Memberships may be paused for up to three months for a $25 monthly fee during the hold period.

Club-Specific Memberships

• Each membership is exclusive to a specific club and cannot be combined with another club for discounts.

• Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Sculpted Wellness Spa.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the upcoming billing cycle.

• Requests submitted after the two-week deadline will take effect the following month.

 

Membership Reinstatement Policy

 

• Upon cancellation of a spa membership, the member shall be ineligible to obtain a new membership for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months from the effective date of cancellation. 

Membership Sharing

• Memberships may be shared with household family members only.

• Memberships cannot be shared with friends or extended family.

Massage Credit Rollover

• Unused massage credits roll over to the following months as long as the membership remains active and in good standing.

• Upon cancellation, rollover credits must be used within three months from the end of the membership, after which they will expire.

Membership Enrollment

• Memberships can be arranged online or over the phone.
