Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

No Shows & Cancellations

Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to our therapists, please give at least a 6-hour notice of cancellations. Missing an appointment without proper notification will result in the full cost of your appointment being charged to your card on file, gift certificate or account credit and any discounts applied to your booking will not be carried forward. Should a cancellation or no show occur within 6 hours of the appointment again, the full price of the treatment will required at time of booking for any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Other Policies

  • There are no age restrictions for massage or pain management, however, clients under 16 must have a guardian present during treatment.

  • There is an age restriction for Body Sculpting - minimum age of 18.

  • Tipping is appreciated, but not expected or required. 

Informed Consent

  • The Treatment plan will be discussed with you prior to your scheduled session. Prior to your first visit with us you will receive a copy of the massage therapy policies and will be asked to sign the consent statement that you have read, understand and agree to comply with the professional therapy policies and procedures.

  • Clients who we have not been seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form again.

Scope of Practice

  • Sculpted Massage Therapists are licensed professionals and held to the highest standards of American Massage Therapy Association / Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

  • Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client.

  • Massage Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor's supervision. The massage therapist is required to refer you for diagnosis and to follow recommendations of your physician.

Massage Code of Ethics MS

Body Contouring in Mississippi

Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapists governs and regulates all body contouring professionals in the state. It is required by law for anyone who practices Body Contouring/Sculpting in Mississippi be a licensed Massage Therapist.

Retail Policies

Return & Refund Policy for Products

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at sculpted-northms@outlook.com or call us at 662-305-9722 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.

We will refund all qualifying returns to your purchasing account within 7 days of receiving your return. 

Please understand, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns/refunds if you are dissatisfied with the results. Every person will react differently to the products. 

However, if you are dissatisfied with your product, we will gladly work with you to find a pleasing resolution and an outcome which suits your needs.

Items that are not returnable/refundable:

  • Opened/Used Products

  • Used Waist Compression Bands

  • Gift Cards

Items that ARE returnable/refundable:

  • Unused/Unopened Products

  • Unused Waist Compression Bands

 

If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, the refund amount will not exceed the original purchase price.

 

For all returns we receive that exceed the 7 day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion.

 

All Clearance Item sales are final.

Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed through our website and shipped, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at sculpted-northms@outlook.com or call us at 662-305-9722. 

Shipping Policies

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery dependent on speed of shipping purchased at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Sculpted Beauty ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage

Sculpted Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
